Tasks are notifications in CertnCentric about cases you’ve ordered and actions you need to take regarding those cases.

View your tasks
View your tasks by selecting the Tasks option in the left navigation menu or selecting View all in the My tasks section of your home page. Sort and filter your task list using the dropdown filter options at the top of your list of tasks.
Task types
There are 2 types of tasks: Information and Review.
Information tasks are updates on cases you’ve ordered and their progress. This keeps you up to date on the progress of your cases without having to visit each case individually.
Review tasks indicate a case has a case score and you can make a decision. Learn more in our Manage your cases Certn Help article.
Actioning or removing a task
Selecting a task from the Home page or Tasks page brings you to the Activity tab of the case's Case details page. From here you can review a complete history of activity on the case and select the Report tab to view check details and results. Learn more in our Manage your cases Certn Help article.
Remove tasks from your task list by selecting the Dismiss button. Review tasks will also be dismissed once the required action for the case is complete. View your dismissed tasks any time by selecting the Done tab on the Tasks page.
