To help us investigate your request, please provide relevant information such as your case or report ID, a description of the issue, and any other details requested by our Support team.
Some issues may involve services, organizations, or systems outside of Certn's control. When an issue cannot be resolved directly by Certn, our team will provide the information or next steps available to us where possible.
Respectful communication
We understand that background screening can sometimes involve urgent, frustrating, or stressful situations. You are welcome to raise concerns, disagree with an outcome, or make a complaint.
Certn will not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward our employees.
This includes:
- Threats, intimidation, or harassment
- Discriminatory, hateful, or derogatory language
- Personal insults or abusive language directed at Certn employees
- Repeated aggressive or inappropriate communications
- Behaviour that creates an unsafe or hostile interaction
Disputing the results of your check
If you believe that any information in your background screening report or file is inaccurate or incomplete, you can file a dispute with us, and we will reinvestigate the sourced information for free. Reach out to support or submit a request through certn.co/dispute-form for next steps.
