Access your information on Certn’s legacy platform
You can access any of the information hosted in your legacy platform account at any time just like you would before you upgraded to CertnCentric.
Log in to your account using your legacy account details at https://app.certn.co/login and review your account and billing information, previous case reports, or anything else you may need.
For help with any parts of your legacy account, please see the legacy platform’s help center.
Ordering checks
All checks should now be ordered through CertnCentric, not the legacy platform. If you attempt to order any checks through the legacy platform, you’ll find your account has been locked out of all available checks on the ordering screen.
Ordering checks will be disabled through all methods for your legacy account, including through the API and available integrations.
