- After you have enabled Applicant Pay, log in to Client Portal
- Click on the New Order button and select the Build your Own option
- Select the applicant pay group you are part of and select the checks you would like to order. Click next.
- Complete the remaining order details. Click next.
- Review your order summary and send. This will trigger an email to the applicant with instructions on how they can complete their background check in the Certn platform.
