When an Australian Enhanced Public Record check is complete, you can view the results from the case’s case details page. The information in the report is populated as the checks in the case are completed.

Explanation of results
Australian Enhanced Public Record check results will contain one of four possible outcomes:
- No Match Found (Clear): No consumer file was located.
- Results Found (Review): A consumer file was located and there were adverse findings.
- Unable to Complete (Review): Applicant was unable to provide a current or previous Australian address.
- Review (Review): The applicant's consumer file is not available (e.g. under suppression, under ban period).
On the report, you will be able to view the following information:

Search Details: The Search Details section will show whether there was a Match Found and the date the search was run.

Result Details: Within the Result Details section you will be able to see:
- Name matched: If there was a match found, the name on the consumer file.
- Consumer ID: If there was a match found, the consumer ID linked to the consumer file.

Source evidence: If there was a match found, the result from the source.
- Result summary: The Results Summary section will provide a high-level overview of the result findings. You will be able to see at a high-level if there were any recorded bankruptcies, directorships, judgements, summons, or other public records.

Review the check results from the case details page by selecting ‘My tasks’ from the left navigation, and then selecting the related case from the list.
