Verification options
When placing your order, you can choose from the following three options:
- Highest level of completed education: Verifies the top qualification attained by the applicant, balancing cost considerations by focusing only on the highest level attained. This may include secondary education.
- All university/tertiary/post-secondary education: Provides a comprehensive view of the applicant’s higher education background, particularly valuable for senior roles or academic settings. Limited to post-secondary and tertiary education.
- All provided education: Verifies all educational claims made by the applicant, emphasizing thoroughness and integrity. This option includes secondary education as well, based on the applicant's declarations.

Education verification check completion times vary depending on when an applicant and their education institution provide the required information to Certn.

Applicant experience
When you order an Education verification check, the applicant receives an email inviting them to complete an application. Through this process, an applicant will be asked to provide Certn with the following required information:
- Institution name and location (country)
- Level of education
- Qualification type (designation) and subject
- Grade/award
- Attendance dates, as well as confirmation of current status or incomplete education
Where required by the declared institution, the applicant may be asked to upload supporting documentation.
