Explanation of results
A case is Complete when the applicant has successfully submitted their information, Certn has executed all checks in the case and returned the relevant results. A Complete AM check can have 1 of 2 check scores:
- No match found: Applicant’s data returned no matching results in relevant databases.
- Results found: Applicant’s data returned at least 1 matching result in a relevant database.
When an AM check has a check score of Results found, a notice is automatically sent to the applicant to notify them Certn is reporting results concerning them. US residents are sent a FCRA section 613 notice and non-US residents are sent a copy of their report.
